Late Bloomer Tattoo is located in a 100-year-old heritage home with limited square footage, so every inch counts. The client needed two workstations, plus an entryway bench and storage. The client required durable surfaces that could handle heavy-duty disinfectants, with wall-mounted furniture and built-in cable management to keep the floor clear. We designed two compact workstations with custom desks, shelving, and open cabinetry. A matching coat rack and entryway bench with shelving created a functional entryway. Each piece was tailored to the building’s quirks, including uneven walls, exposed brick, and the original chimney. Built from warm-toned maple and finished with a durable oil-based coat, the design was minimal, complementing the studio’s eclectic decor.
